Terms
These terms cover paid access to TotalCrypter Telegram channels. They apply between you and TotalCrypter.com, Kassel, Germany, reachable at support@totalcrypter.com.
What you buy
You buy time-limited access to location channels. This is a digital service delivered on Telegram. It is not a copy of any game, and it does not change the game itself.
Mercenary Locations costs 12.00 USD every 30 days and includes the mercenary channel. It includes one 60-minute trial, once for each Telegram account, after a card is saved. The hour starts when the first mercenary join is approved, not when you open the website.
VIP All Channels costs 45.00 USD every 30 days and includes the mercenary, shield, and portal channels. VIP has no trial.
Prices are in USD. The website sets the price, the length, and the channels. A different amount sent from the browser is refused.
Payment
Payment happens on this website through Stripe. The bot does not charge inside Telegram. Access starts only after Stripe confirms the payment. A success page in the browser does not itself open a channel.
Each Telegram account can have one open paid plan. The Stripe customer stays tied to that Telegram account. Usernames and email addresses are not the access identity.
Plans renew automatically every 30 days until you turn renewal off. A failed renewal does not remove time you have already paid for.
Trial, upgrade, and cancellation
The Mercenary trial can be reserved once. Saving a card does not charge the trial. If a paid plan is already open, a trial is not started.
You can upgrade from Mercenary to VIP during paid time. Unused paid Mercenary time is credited against the VIP price. The current end date stays. The upgrade starts only after the upgrade invoice is paid. If that payment fails, the Mercenary plan stays as it was.
A paid plan cannot be downgraded before it ends. Turning renewal off keeps access until the paid end date. It is not a partial refund.
Refunds and disputes
A full refund closes access. A partial refund does not automatically change the end date; it is reviewed by support. An open card dispute closes access while it is unresolved. If the dispute is won and paid time remains, access can return. If the dispute is lost, access ends.
Joining a channel
After payment, send /join to the bot. The invite is personal, lasts 30 minutes, and works only for the Telegram account that owns the plan. Do not share invites.
Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you can withdraw from a new purchase within 14 days by emailing support@totalcrypter.com. If access has already started, contact support and the mandatory consumer rules apply. Turning renewal off is separate from withdrawal and keeps access until the paid end date.
