Data we process
Telegram login gives us your numeric Telegram id, a login subject, and, when Telegram sends them, your display name and username. We do not ask for your phone number.
Stripe processes the card payment and can send us your email address, a customer id, the amount, the currency, and the subscription status. We do not store the full card number or the card security code.
We store the plan, the paid period, trial status, join requests, and short technical logs needed to run the service.
Why
We use this data to perform the contract: identify you, take payment, open the channels you bought, and answer support. The legal bases are the contract and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. Stripe and Telegram process data under their own notices.
Where it is processed
The access service is hosted in Germany. Stripe may process payment data outside Germany under its own safeguards. Telegram processes login data under its own terms.
How long
Plan and payment records are kept for as long as the account exists and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Technical logs are deleted on a rolling basis when they are no longer needed for security and operation.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email support@totalcrypter.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
The service is not directed at children under 16.
